Lalo Alcaraz, creator of the first nationally syndicated politically themed Latino comic strip, "La Cucaracha", returns to the Cypress Park Library and this time he's bringing "Latino USA" with him.

He'll have plenty of books available for sale and signing. Please come out for a good laugh and to show support. For more info. http://bit.ly/KR98wp

This is going to be an awesome program. We just had Gustavo Arellano here at the library and we couldn't have asked for a better turn out. We're hoping for the same support on the 28th. I hear that a local councilman is a fan of Lalo's and will be here to see him. This event will also be streaming live at www.livestream.com/cypressparklibrary.
