Be a part of history by participating in a first-of-its-kind community-based drill. And no experience necessary! Come to Northeast LA as we test out everything from CERT search & rescue to citizen communications using inexpensive two-way radios. Based in Hermon, but involving all surrounding communities, there will be first an earthquake, followed up by a fire and evacuation to the nearest Neighborhood Survival Area (where residents will be provided free survival goodies after taking a simple test!).
