The Los Angeles Conservancy hosts this walking tour of downtown Los Angeles, featuring the Art Deco architecture prominent in the structures errected in the 1920s and 1930s. The discussion will cover the history of the movement, materials used and the stylistic details that are associated with this type of architecture. A number of buildings will be viewed, and in certain cases the interiors will also be included.

This tour involves approximately 1-1/2 miles of walking. Comfortable shoes are recommended. Reservations are recommended but not required. Walk-ins should arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the tour. Visit the website for complete details.

Please note that there are no tours on 12/25 or 1/1.
