All-Night Happy Hour at The York For Eagle Rock Fundraiser
The Center for the Arts, Eagle Rock, invites you to raise a toast to 15 years of cultural programming in Northeast L.A.
This past January, the Center for the Arts, Eagle Rock, entered its mid-teens, marking the 15th anniversary of its transition from the Eagle Rock Community Cultural Center to "The Center" of cultural programming in Northeast Los Angeles as we know the nonprofit institution today.
To celebrate its 15th birthday, The Center is inviting the community to an all-night happy hour fundraiser tonight, Thursday, at The York. Starting at 7 p.m., the event will feature specials on food and drinks, along with live music by two bands—Featherbeard (at 8 p.m.) and Badlands (at 10 p.m.).

Money from the fundraiser will go to support what CFAER Development Director Renée Dominique refers to as The Center's "culturally significant artistic programming" to the Northeast L.A. community. The Center provides free and low-cost children's art and dance classes, workshops, concerts, interactive events, readings, film screenings and exhibitions besides the renowned annual Eagle Rock Music Festival.
