Photo Gallery: Heritage Square on Lummis Day
The second in Patch's two part Lummis Day photo gallery focuses on the proceedings at Heritage Square Museum.
The 6th Annual Lummis Day Festival was celebrated at two locations this year, the Lummis Home, or El Alisal, on 200 E. Ave 43., and , at 3800 Homer Street.
The second of our two Lummis Day photo galleries presents some sights captured during the celebration that took place at Heritage Square, which comprised numerous live musical acts, puppet shows, dancing, food and resource booths from numerous community groups.
The first of our two Lummis Day photo galleries shows images from inside the Lummis Home, where locals recieved history lessons about Charles Fletcher Lummis, observed arts and crafts inspired by the Arroyo Arts and Crafts movement and strolled through the Lummis garden. You can find that gallery .
