Highland Park Old L.A. Certified Farmers' Market Benefits Locals

The market also welcomes new vendors.

The Highland Park Old L.A. Certified Farmers' Market will take place on Tuesday and promises to have something for everyone.

Among the items on hand will be packaged food, arts and crafts, hot food and even an area just for kids.

One of the vendors, Mardy's Munchies, is donating 10 percent of its proceeds this month to Aldama Elementary School.

The Highland Park Old L.A. Certified Farmers' Market is also looking for new vendors. Anyone interested in finding out more information can send an email to rickey@oldla.org.

The market is open from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and is located at Avenue 57 and Marmion Way.
