Food Truck Report: The Lineup for Tuesday, August 9

The Highland Park Din-Din-a-Go-Go Food Truck Fest has a new name and a new Twitter handle. HParkDDAGG is now known as "Highland Park Dinner on the Go." If you're still following HParkDDAGG on Twitter, make sure you switch over to their new account, HParkDOTG for the latest food truck updates. 

Never mind the monikers, though, the food trucks will return to at 6312 N. Figueroa St. tonight at 5:30 until 9 p.m., bringing with it a dazzling array of local flavor.

Here's a look at some of the trucks will be participating in tonight's feast, along with links to their web-sites, Twitter accounts and menus (when available). While it's never easy to decide which truck will get your hard earned dollars, hopefully this list will give you a head start in making your choice.

Bratwurst is on Tuesday night's menu, as Brats Berlin will roll into Highland Park for the food truck feast. You can read all about their gourmet German cuisine here, or get updated through their Twitter account @BratsBerlin.

Canadian Cuisine? If you've never tried if before, Poutine Truck is offering you your first chance with their spin on poutine, a traditional Canadian dish featuring french fries, fresh cheese curd and gravy. You can learn more on their Twitter account at @ThePoutineTruck or check out their menu.

Wash down your food fruck favorites with a tall tea from The Boba Truck. Look at their their menu and follow them on Twitter at @TheBobaTruck.

Cool Haus Ice Cream Truck offers all natural ice cream sandwiches in edible wrappers. Check out their menu or follow them on Twitter @CoolHaus.

Vizzi Truck will be making a stop at Figueroa Produce this week. Their menu is inspired by taking "French cooking techniques and mixing them with coastal flavors from around the world." Follow them on Twitter at @VizziTruck.
