1. El Plan Del Southwest Museum Task Force meeting
A meeting to help determine the future of the Southwest Museum is scheduled today, Wednesday, Sept. 11, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Glassell Park Senior Center. The meeting is a follow-up to last month's community discussion about the Southwest Museum hosted by the El Plan Del Southwest Museum Task Force at Mount Washington Elementary School. 2. Moby Dick Reading & Whale Craft
Award-winning children's book author and storyteller Antonio Sacre is scheduled to tell the story today from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. of Moby Dick in a special event aimed at impressionable three-year-olds.
